Chief Data Officer | Global Advisor

CLIENT
Our client is a global leader in the professional services industry. They work across the Infrastructure and Energy Markets to support clients in the setup and delivery of Major Projects along with additional advisory services such as Dispute Resolution, Contract Assurance and Project Audit. 

BRIEF
We were asked to conduct a global search for a Chief Data Officer to spearhead the firms’ Digital Transformation. This would be a global role tasked with improving the firm’s core business by transforming how they use Data and Digital Technologies.

STRATEGY 
As this was a new role for our client, the focus of our search was to ensure we presented an initial long list which was as diverse as possible. They were keen to ensure we explored prospective candidates from neighbouring markets like Banking, Retail and Government in addition to Infrastructure. 

RESULTS
The appointed individual joined them from the Big Four and brought a wealth of consulting expertise in addition to being a Digital & Technology Leader. This individual has positioned them at the forefront of disruptive innovation providing an end to end digital capability.
