CLIENT
Our client is a global leader in Construction Disputes, Expert Services and Advisory, operating from over 50 offices around the world.

BRIEF
The business was targeting a global repositioning towards mostly providing Expert Witness services and wished to appoint a number of Equity Partners in Europe, Middle East and Australia.  Additionally they were looking to find ways of implementing a more collaborative corporate culture globally.  We were appointed to exclusively lead the search globally for Equity Partners.

STRATEGY 
All potential candidates were already known by both Novare and the client.  As such we used that opportunity to discuss and agree on specific experts to target, based largely on their personality and their approach being conducive to achieving a ‘top down’ corporate cultural shift.

RESULTS
In addition to the multiple new Equity Partners appointed to date, we were also successful in discussing this with all of the target hires, presenting an opportunity to advocate the move and challenge any objections, contributing to improved market perception.
